MelonReader supports EPUB and TXT file formats. You can bring books in any language and set any "native language" for your translations.
While reading, tap any word or phrase to translate it. Bookmark the translation and it gets added to your word bank. The app creates separate flashcard decks for each language you're learning. Review uses spaced repetition to help you retain vocabulary naturally over time.
